What is email warmup, and why do I need it?
Mailbox providers judge new or quiet mailboxes with suspicion. Warmup sends a steady, gradually increasing volume of real-looking conversations between your mailbox and other mailboxes in the Pipenbox pool. Those messages get opened, replied to, and pulled out of spam, which builds the sending reputation you need before you start outreach.
How long does warmup take?
Most new mailboxes need a few weeks of warmup before they are ready for regular outreach. The exact time depends on the age of your domain, your provider, and how you send afterwards. Pipenbox shows each mailbox as warming, healthy, or needs attention, so you can see when it is ready instead of guessing.
Is it really free for 10 mailboxes?
Yes. You can connect up to 10 mailboxes to the warmup pool on the Free plan. Paid plans add more mailboxes, more placement tests, the CRM, and team features.
Can I self-host Pipenbox?
Yes. You can run Pipenbox on your own server so your mailbox credentials, contacts, and email data stay on infrastructure you control. Prefer not to run servers? Use Pipenbox Cloud and we handle hosting, updates, and backups.
What happens to my data?

Which email providers are supported?
Pipenbox works with Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and any provider that supports standard IMAP and SMTP.
What is an inbox placement test?
A placement test sends a message to a set of seed mailboxes across providers and reports where it landed: Primary, Promotions, or Spam. Run one before a campaign to catch problems early, and track your weekly inbox rate over time.
Do I need to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC myself?
Those records live in your domain's DNS, so you add them with your DNS provider. Pipenbox checks each sending domain, tells you which records are missing or misconfigured, and keeps monitoring them after setup.
Does Pipenbox replace my CRM?
For many outreach teams, yes. Pipenbox includes pipelines, deals, tasks, and meetings, so a reply can become a deal without copying data between tools. If you already use another CRM, integrations and the API let you keep it in the loop.
Can my whole team use one account?
